Janice sold my house leaving me no profit at all. She didnt explain to me that if i took the offer I would end up losing money because we needed to pay the last months mortgage that was still owed. She also didnt tell me the private person whom I had a private mortgage with took out a loan against the property when he heard i was selling the property due to divorce. This was an amount not expected to have to pay . I will never forget how the buyers realtor called me to say they wouldn't use a courier and hand delivered papers so i would actually get that money saved as my only profit. Janice refused to lower her commision a point so I wouldnt walk away with nothing.

Janice is the consummate real estate professional. She has poise, personality and verve combined with encyclopedic knowledge. She has been in the business long enough to know nearly everyone. She has assembled a reliable team and can steer you through whatever is necessary to get your house ready for sale. I cannot recommend her enough to anybody interested in either selling or buying a house in the Henrico area of Virginia. She makes the process almost enjoyable.

Janice and her team have represented me in a number of transactions, but the latest was in January of 2019. I would not have anyone else represent myself and my family! Her team staged our home in a few areas and provided necessary feedback for us to get a quick sell. The last property we sold in VA and we had a contract in 3 weeks. I have actually worked with David Ogle who is a member of the Taylor team. He was a pleasure to work with, not only knowledgeable and professional but also a nice temperament, very mellow and laid back. I am pretty emotional as a rule, plus looking for a house is a mix of fun and dread.
